  • Payroll processing
  • Financial reporting
  • VAT Reconciliations

  • Consultancy and business advisory services

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Access to necessary financial documents and records.
  • Timely communication regarding any relevant changes to your business operations.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the information you provide.

Fees and Payment Terms

  • Fees: Our services are billed at the rates agreed upon in your engagement letter or proposal. Any changes to these fees will be communicated in advance.
  • Payment Terms: Invoices are issued on a regular basis as outlined in your engagement agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
  • Late Payments: Any late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% from the payment due date until paid in full.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Confidential Information: We acknowledge that during the performance of our services, we may have access to confidential information belonging to you. We will not disclose this information to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law.
  • Data Protection: We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You consent to the transfer of your personal data to our shared services team based in India.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bookkeeping & Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or the provision of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the services provided under these terms at any time with written notice of 30 days to the other party.
  • Upon termination, you will remain responsible for payment for services rendered prior to the termination date.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials, templates, and deliverables created by Bookkeeping & Beyond during the provision of services remain the ownership of Bookkeeping & Beyond. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for your internal business purposes only.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised terms on our website and updating the effective date.
